LIMITED SLOTS – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED • Fast turnaround • No AI – ⊹ ࣪ ˖
General
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason (subject matter, slot availability, client behavior, etc.).
• These TOS apply to all personal and commercial commissions unless a separate written agreement is signed.
• The client must be 18+ to commission any NSFW/kink content.
Payment
• Payment Methods: I accept payments exclusively through lava.top
• I work on 100% prepayment (full payment upfront).
• For larger commissions (over $200), I can do a payment plan (ex: 50% upfront, 50% later).
• Platform fees are my responsibility. You only pay the agreed commission price.
Commission Process
1. You send me your character references, pose idea, expression, background, and any other special details. I will confirm if I can take the commission and give you a final price.
2. You pay 100% upfront through the Lava.top link I send you.
3. I will draw a rough sketch and send it to you for approval. This usually takes 2–4 business days.
4. You can request changes to the sketch. Up to 3 major changes are included for free at this stage.
5. After the sketch is approved, I will complete the rendering. I will send you a watermarked preview.
6. Once you confirm you’re happy with the preview, I will send you the final, high-resolution PNG file.
• Estimated Turnaround: Most commissions take 1–2 weeks to complete.
• Rush Orders: A +50% fee is available if you need the art in 5 business days or less.
Revisions & Changes
• Included: 3 major revisions during the sketch phase (changing pose, expression, composition).
• Major changes after sketch approval: $10–30 fee depending on complexity.
• Please give clear feedback. Vague comments like "looks wrong" or "fix it" will make the process longer. If possible, use a redline or a simple drawing to show me what you mean.
Copyright & Usage Rights
I (the artist) retain:
• The right to display the artwork in my portfolio (website, social media, FurAffinity, etc.).
• The right to use the artwork for self-promotion and contests.
• Copyright of the original artwork (not the character design).
You (the client) receive:
• Personal use license only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• Personal use includes: private display, avatar/banner on social media, printing for personal wall art, reference for crafts.
• Personal use does NOT include selling prints, merchandise, using in advertisements, reselling the digital file, minting as NFT, or making money from it in any way.Credit: Whenever you post the art online, please credit me clearly.
Policy
• I draw: sexual content, nudity, suggestive poses, kink (leather, latex, BDSM, mild fetish), gore, and mild vore.
• I do NOT draw: scat, diaper, cub (underage characters in sexual situations), necrophilia, or extreme gore for gore's sake.
• By ordering NSFW art, you confirm that you are the owner of the character(s) and that all characters depicted are 18 or older.
• Clients ordering NSFW must be 18+.
Privacy & Posting
By default: I will post the finished artwork on my social media.Privacy Fee ($20): If you want the art to stay completely private (for example, for a gift or for personal reasons only), you can add $20 to the total price. Then I will never post the art anywhere public.
Client Responsibilities
• Provide clear references for your character. Visual references (reference sheets, other art, or photos) are much better than text descriptions. If you only give a text description, I will do my best, but I cannot guarantee a perfect match.
• Respond to my progress updates within 7 days. If you don't respond for 7 days, I will send a final warning. If you still don't respond for another 7 days (14 days total), the commission will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be given for abandoned commissions.
• Keep your contact information (Discord, Telegram, email) up to date. I am not responsible if you change your email address or block me.
Re-posting & Editing by Client
• You may crop, resize, or add text (e.g., your name, watermark) for personal use.
• You may NOT alter the artwork in a way that misrepresents my brand or removes my signature.
• You may NOT trace, recolor, or claim my artwork as your own.
• You may NOT use my artwork to train AI or generate NFTs. This is explicitly forbidden and will result in legal action.
Final Agreement
By sending payment, you confirm that:
• You have read, understood, and agree to all of the Terms above.
• You are the legal owner of the character(s), or you have permission from the owner to commission me.
• You are 18 or older (if ordering NSFW)
To start a commission, simply send me a message saying:
"I have read and agree to your Terms of Service."
Then provide your character references, pose idea, expression, and any other details. I will reply with a final price, and a payment link via Lava.top.
